Choose the right model

The generator asks only for the relevant data for the selected model and prepares the document in Romanian, in a format ready for review, printing, registry submission or official-form completion, depending on the case.

Procedural basis

In practice, written requests to institutions and other recipients consistently use a simple structure: recipient, applicant details, subject, request content and any attachments or references.

  • Official request and petition forms usually ask for the applicant's identification, contact details, subject and request content.
  • It is useful to include references such as file number, contract number, previous request or other identifying details, if they exist.
